Margaret Wilcox - sorry to hear that you have had a similar experience as us. We purchased two ac/heat systems in 2023 from MVP. Multiple issues since installation. In one of our units - system stopped cooling. Called for service in May to be told that they went out of business three weeks ago. This is wrong on so many levels. Feel scammed, out over $1000 in repairs that should be under warranty. The owners and manager at MVP should be ashamed of themselves.
