I got a sales call from a man named Chris Soucy after filling out a questionnaire to use a HUD app. Soucy claims to work for this company. He even texted me his online buisness card. I've called the office twice leaving 2 voice mails and left an email for the office to confirm his identity. No-one has replied from this office. Horrible communication, beyond ridiculously unreliable. Property has issue after issue and this guy can't even return a phone call.
I have been trying to get ahold of these people for a house that they have for rent on trulia! I have left several messages and have not received a call or even a text back..... This is so unprofessional!!!
I'm starting to wonder if this is even a legit or real company? I'm waiting to sign a lease since February and they have yet to get back to me. Really scary and unprofessional.
