Tanya is amazing, and has helped so much with my back/neck tension, which has made a big difference in reducing migraines! As well as that she is lovely, and I would definitely recommend her without hesitation.
Highly recommend! Tanya helped me with multiple injuries and strains, knees ankle and back. Not your traditional Chiro, she will get into the problem, massages, exercise needling cupping to get to root cause of the issue, and will go out of her way to follow up to see how you are recovering. 10/10
