I had a wonderful first visit here. I showed up to the wrong location and they still took me in for an appointment. The doctor I saw and his intern were very knowledgeable and actually determined I had the wrong glasses prescription from a previous provider. Very glad I chose MVC Eye Care as my new eye care provider. Thank you.
I would like to say some kind words about my experience with MVC Eye Care in Merrimack,NH. I explained to the staff that I was having difficulty with reading glasses. Wendy took me to an exam room and ran some tests. She had Dr. Groves exam me. He discovered I had multiple contact lenses in each eye. He recommended a monthly contact lens that was better suited for my needs. Thanks again to Dr. Groves and the entire staff at MVC Merrimack,NH.
I bought glasses that took 6 weeks too get! Fit is bad and have returned four times for adjustments ! Now I needed my pupil distance and they wanted too charge me $ 35 dollars and they have it in front of them. Will not be going back. Just called another practice who said they would never charge an existing customer !
Both my son and I had appointments this week with Dr. Francis, who we have seen for years. He and his staff are always so thorough and professional from the minute we walk through the door and are helped from the friendly front desk staff, straight through the eye exam and then Matt who helped us with our eyeglass selection. Great place from start to finish!!!!
Staff is helpful and polite. Doctors are professional and prompt. It is worth the short drive to go to a place where you are not just another part of the herd. Highly recommended.
We had the most wonderful experience today at MVC, we were in need of an eye exam, glasses and safety classes. We had the pleasure of working with two interns waiting to take the board exam helping us as MVC is also a training center for upcoming doctors. We got spoiled today with the attention and education about our eyes. Thank you to Dr. Francis and Charlotte for helping us select the correct frames and staying late for us! J & K
I was so happy with the customer service and the girls who helped me pick my glasses out were amazing I really like this business!!
