Marine scammed me for my security deposit. I would never-ever deal with this company or Marine Thuet ever again. First trick was the 'check is in the mail trick'. 40 days after I moved out, where was the check??? in the mail. I had to insist on going over and picking it up in person to get it. It somehow never showed up in the mail. Shocking.... 2nd trick was the 'keep part of the deposit' trick. There was a total scam deduction on my deposit. I will take her to small claim court to get it back.

Marine Thuet is a snake. Made an apointmant to see a unit at 9an. I had to hear second hand she could not make it....that she would be back at 2. Waited In the neighborhood till 2 because a good friend of mine lives next door to the one we wanted to see. Called and a man answered and said she was not back yet...that was the "line" he was trying to give rather than just be strat that she took an application on the unit and did not want to speak with me any further.
