I cannot recommend MVB Carpet Cleaners. I initially intended to upgrade my package upon arrival, but Joseph, the representative, attempted to charge an additional $15 per step for chemicals. When I declined, he insisted on negotiating a price while emphasizing that the basic package only includes hot water and steam—no cleaning chemicals.
