Great Experience – Felix Went Above and Beyond I’m buying a motorcycle from a third party in Miami and needed help getting it to the MV Agusta dealer for a pre-purchase inspection, maintenance, and a recall—all while living in Ohio. Felix took my call and handled everything from arranging towing to the dealer, getting the inspection done, cleaning up the exhaust, and even installing some aftermarket parts. Go somewhere else if you can. The bike I purchased was fine. The problems started when I called a day later to ask a question. Kaylin would not return my call no mater how many messages I left. Not a great way to treat a customer that just spent 14K on a motorcycle. Stay away.
