They came to my apartment complex and re did my piping and even gave me a brand new drain! Fantastic service and they cleaned up after themselves! Didn’t catch his name but he was fantastic!
I called on Tuesday regarding a leaking drain bathroom sink. Told them no rush as we shut water off. They called Wednesday to see if they could come unfortunately the house hold was out doing errands early, came thursday in and out in less then an hour. Very professional, quick at the job, cleaned up after ( grinding from cutting pipe) the job. Will definitely be calling this company again!!!!
My sump pump has never worked since I bought my house three years ago. When I finally checked it recently to use it as a drain for a dehumidifier, the sump was filled with about 3’ of water. Called Muzzell at about 9 or 10 am and Ken arrived at approximately 1 pm. He fixed the stuck float and made sure it wouldn’t happen again, then double checked to ensure everything was working properly. BEWARE!!! This is a horrible company to do business with. They overcharge by booking 2 service calls when the job could have been done in one. They charge for a full hour service charge plus travel and were in our house 10 minutes each visit!!!!! WOW... too many great companies out there to put up with this BS.
Y’all are the most useless company I have ever dealt with. You send someone over to my house who doesn’t even know which way the plumbing tape goes on, doesn’t fix ANYTHING, spends an hour on my kitchen floor trying to fix his auger, doesn’t get it fixed then leaves for an hour and a half comes back and says he’s gonna cut holes in my walls the next day (obviously I’m not gonna let that happen) so I say don’t come back now y’all charged be almost $500 for him doing absolutely nothing 😂😂😂 last I checked we don’t pay for us... read more
