My sump pump has never worked since I bought my house three years ago. When I finally checked it recently to use it as a drain for a dehumidifier, the sump was filled with about 3’ of water. Called Muzzell at about 9 or 10 am and Ken arrived at approximately 1 pm. He fixed the stuck float and made sure it wouldn’t happen again, then double checked to ensure everything was working properly. Really happy with this Muzzell. Really lovely, friendly and knowledgable. They came in, fixed my toilet leak quickly and even caulked and fixed something extra I didn't know was broken. Went above and beyond. I will be using them again!
Y’all are the most useless company I have ever dealt with. You send someone over to my house who doesn’t even know which way the plumbing tape goes on, doesn’t fix ANYTHING, spends an hour on my kitchen floor trying to fix his auger, doesn’t get it fixed then leaves for an hour and a half comes back and says he’s gonna cut holes in my walls the next day (obviously I’m not gonna let that happen) so I say don’t come back now y’all charged be almost $500 for him doing absolutely nothing last I checked we don’t pay for uselessn... read more
I had an emergency last Sat. morning and a plumber was at the door in 15 minutes. Can't say enough about this wonderful company and their efficient and courteous staff.
Highly recommend. Best in the area .
