I had a smooth and very quick process from discussing with Jim the prospects of a Reverse Mortgage for my purpose to the final closing and funding all done in a little over 3 weeks. I would strongly urge eligible seniors to investigate the Reverse Mortgage programs available. It surprised me to find out how it could help me and countless other folks looking for future strategic planning.

I spent several weeks sending all my financial data, every bit of information they needed. Then right at the end they added a $3921 lender title insurance fee. This is not only dishonest, this is not only bait and switch, this is illegal. On top of that they kept telling me I would receive 100k but then it went down to around 95k .
