Process was straightforward, moved along with no real problems. Costs were reasonable as well.
The process was very smooth and fast. over the past year I have done a refi on other properties I own. Omaha was the easiest to deal with by FAR. the costs were much better. I did not see any fluff charges. This is the only company I did not argue about a charge.
