Jake was incredible to work with. We were skeptical going in due to a failed attempt at a refi with PennyMac but Jake really went through our options with a fine tooth comb and found us the best deal for our situation! And not to mention from start to finish from the time we submitted the application to the time we closed on our new loan was under a month! Would highly recommend Jake and hope to be able to use him in the future if needed!
