No one likes all the time and paperwork involved in a mortgage refinance, but *** made everything go through without a hitch. Any problems were immediately taken care of and for the most part, I was kept in the loop regarding progress and what to expect. The only **** area was just before the closing where it seemed like I was in the dark forever, but was probably about a week's time. If anything I am sad I can only give 5 stars. The process was efficient and ran smoothly. It was a far better experience I have had in the past with other major banking corporations. It felt personal and I wasnt constantly on hold for some random team member, I always worked with ******** and ****** and they both always answered and always took care of me!
I really cant say enough positive things about our experience! ****** and his team were very professional and helpful! He was in constant communication with me. He answered my emails and text messages outside of business hours as well as during them. He communicated directly with the sellers agent and title company on my behalf multiple times.
