Worst experience as a realtor I've ever had with a Lender. *************************** from the ********** ** office failed to return a number of emails and phone calls with messages left. This was during a time sensitive period and as a result she almost cost my buyer his escrow money. Technically due to her lack of communication he lost it per contract however I was able to fight on my own and get Zillow to refund it. Could not follow simple instructions and failed to update us in a timely manner on a deal that fell apart ... read more

*************************** and her team were great to work with. They enabled us to close in less than half the time a traditional "local" lender committed to, and got us a better rate. The process was streamlined and all my questions were answered quickly and transparently. True professionals!
Great service. One piece of advice, if you are getting a VA loan, ask about all the tests required upfront, so you don't get to the day before closing and realize you need a water and termite inspection..... get them done early.....
