From filing the initial refinance mortgage application with Mutual of Omaha, on-line to closing, the mortgage loan process was quick and easy. The entire process took somewhere around 30 days and the overall closing costs incurred were low. The loan officer and all the support staff were easily accessible by phone, text or email. They remained vigilant during the process to ensure everything went through without a hitch. The loan has now been fully funded at a very low and favorable rate.
From the first time I talked with ****** ******* about getting our loan with Mutual of Omaha, I knew I knew I could depend on him to get us through the sometimes difficult process. He was most knowledgeable about the things we had to do to get a loan and those we couldnt or shouldnt do. Made the mistake of calling Mutual of Omaha in ****** to try and do a refi on my mortgage.....****** took all of my personal info then disappeared....I would text, e mail, call etc. Nothing....then he surfaced and told me another woman would be handling my business....She proceeds to ask for everything I had painstakingly gotten together for the fist "professional".....Long story long..its been 7 month and they are completely *** again!
