********* was our rep and he said anything and everything to gain our confidence in him. When things started going left he would say his team dropped the ball and tell you to sign papers regardless if they were wrong to avoid a delay on the loan. MMI prides itself on providing superior customer service and is truly sorry to learn of your frustration with the loan experience. The investigation concludes that the escrow/reserve amounts weren't calculated correctly when the initial closing disclosures were submitted to you and had to be revised to reflect the accurate amount.
