If you're looking to re-finance, or purchase a new home, this is theonly company you'll need to call for financing. They not only provided us with an outstanding rate, but each staffmembert that we worked with, from start to finish, was professional and personable. My loan officers name is Jeff *****I decided to go with Mutual go Omaha because Jeff was very honest boy the fees and timeline of our loan. Jeff kept us updated throughout the process. He let us know the current rate and recommended us to lock the rate right now because his research led him to belief it won't go much lower. And he was right!

My sister and I started loan refinancing with John *******June of this year 2020. It has taken more than 3 months to get processed and after all the waiting and delays and chronic need of documents, the approval comes in with surprise unconsented fees!! When asked for follow up regarding these matters. It all of sudden became radio silence from all parties at MOO and as of this morning the loan was closed without any communication to us. I have never written one of these before, but figure you should know. Absolutely the worst experience ever! Most unprofessional underwriting group I have ever worked with before. If you value your time at all, look elsewhere. Rates are not great either, not worth the time spent and the aggravation. These folks never proactively contacted me about required documents; I had to constantly follow-up in the hopes of keeping the process on track. I started a home loan refinance process. This bank is not trustworthy. My loan officer gave up on my investment loan process. It’s been two months and I haven’t got a loan estimate. We communicated thru text and phone calls on her private cell phone. I wonder if loan officers are supervised. Definitely a bad experience. I thought refinancing with a bank was supposed to be a formal business experience but it turn out to be a disappointing one.
