Mutual of Omaha mortgage is the best! We work with their loan officers in our Louisville and Southern Indiana markets and they are fantastic. I also used them for my personal mortgage refi and was extremely happy on how smooth the process was. I highly recommend them!

Terrible experience with Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, when attempting to refinance my home. The pandemic has slowed the process down considerably, so Mutual of Omaha can't be blamed for what the entire industry is experiencing. They can however be blamed for charging a lock rate extension to the customer and sneaking those extra charges into the final paperwork just before signing hoping the customer will not notice the increased fees (bait and switch? with the closing costs?). Nothing but good things to say about Omaha Mortgage. Rates and closing costs were the lowest by far. Henry H. was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Never once did I feel like I was being "sold" a product I did not want. Will definitely come back for future business.

I recently choose Mutual of Omaha for a refinance. This was the second refinance on my property in the past 7 years. Without a doubt, this was the smoothest of the two refinances.
