Great service kept me informed on every step! *** ******* was very easy to work with.
******* was very courteous and respectful. Handled the loan process very quickly. Kept us informed on every step of the process. Always open to our questions. And was very quick to make changes to our loan that we requested.
Made the mistake of calling Mutual of Omaha in ****** to try and do a refi on my mortgage.....****** took all of my personal info then disappeared....I would text, e mail, call etc. Nothing....then he surfaced and told me another woman would be handling my business....She proceeds to ask for everything I had painstakingly gotten together for the fist "professional".....Long story long..its been 7 month and they are completely *** again! Trust me.....there may be some good people in this company but this has been the farthest... read more
