We had a great experience with the self wash. Our 68 lb dog is terrified of baths and she helped get her in the tub and calm her down so she could get washed which she was completely muddy from head to tail from dog park. She went above and beyond to help us. Thank you! We will definitely be back for grooming.

Lisa did a great job with my Shadow who is a black lab. He was shedding a lot and she was able to get it where he isn't shedding so much and I am able to manage his shedding till his next grooming appointment.
