Love Mutty Paws. I finally feel at peace having Brandy here. They're attentive, keep bad things from happening, and protect the dogs as if they were their own. Brandy is happy there also.
We love Mutty Paws!
Poor communication about what’s going on and only communicate in multipage, generic, memos. When you drop off and pick up your dog there is lots of time for direct, human, individualized communication. Surprised to suddenly find my dog was expelled, when she is the best socialized dog I’ve ever had, and we do not see the same issues at home. Maybe with more direct and ongoing communication we could have known what was going on, done some outside training to address, or determine it wasn’t a good fit together.
An amazing facility, an amazing staff and consistent quality service. We have had some terrible snow storms this year and I expected them to be close or close early, but thankfully NO. Dependability is extremely important to me and they have delivered every time. They were there bright and early and stayed open to the committed time. Talk about commitment! Our dog Brady is SO happy to go to Mutty Paws, that it makes leaving him easy. He comes home smelling clean, and is sleepy from playing all day!
Mutty Paws is the BEST!! My dog attended another day care and did not do very well. It only took MINUTES for my dog to respond to the staff - they understand dogs!! She is a rescue with special needs but adapted to everyone very quickly. I am so comfortable leaving her with them for daycare and boarding. Thank you for all you do!!!
