I love Mutt's BBQ, but someone owes someone an apology! A family was there earlier today, taking their mother out to eat. Unfortunately, this lady had a stroke several years ok and lost her ability to speak clearly. While the family was trying to understand what she wanted to order, they were told, "We charge by the hour." How disrespectful and rude.
Will not go back due to the treatment of the sick and handicapped
I've always enjoyed eating Mutts BBQ. But I'm about to get my BBQ elsewhere from this day forward. Family friends took their elderly and sickly mother there today for lunch. Management or someone pretending to be a manager was extremely rude to her because it was taking more time than apparently he thought it should for her to order. If this is the way you treat your customers then you definitely don't want my money. Someone should apologize
The food is wonderful! From the BBQ to the sides! I love this place!!
