Very kind and thorough in taking care of me.
Tried calling in Friday to cancel appointment for Wednesday. No one answers the phone. Sent several text messages to the text line they kept sending me reminders from but no answer from them again. I sent an email Sunday because I couldn’t reach anyone the whole time and Monday they call and say they are charging me a cancellation fee because they didn’t receive it before Monday. Scheduled an appointment and they kept canceling it. Said Dr. is too busy.
This doctors office canceled on me twice. Once because it was a holiday weekend and the doctor wanted to go on vacation early and another time because the doctor was sick. Then my kids got sick and I had to cancel on two different occasions and when I tried to reschedule... they told me I had canceled my appointment too many times and they wouldn't provide me service any longer. Talk about a double standard. Terrible Service and Terrible Front Office.
