My visit was Excellent, as always
Although this was just a "routine" visit to the dentist office, once again I experienced the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. From the moment I entered the office until I departed having completed my treatment, I felt comfortable and "almost" couldn't wait until my next visit. Truly a 5 star experience!
Very nice experience with Dr. Norman and his staff. All seem to know what "quality customer service" means. Of course I have not done any major treatment yet so I cannot evaluate his technical competence yet. But still I am very happy to find him as my new dentist.
I was apprehensive about having a root canal. The experience could not have been better. Dr. Norman took great care to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. I had very little discomfort after the procedure and was well prepared for how to handle the (very little) pain I had. After 24 hours I was surprised to receive a call from Dr. Norman who was checking to see how I was doing!
I was very impressed with the facilities: very clean. Everyone was so nice. I do not like going to the dentist but everyone made me feel comfortable. Ms. Stoner was great and so was Dr. Foy.
I adore this practice- my 6 year old and I have appointments at the same time, and he can't wait for his dental checkup! Amazing practice -- thank you!!
I had a great experience. The entire experience was outstanding from the receptionists to the dental hygenist to Dr. Norman. Great office, great staff, great dentist.

This is the dentist office to go to! They are knowledgeable and very friendly!
