I have been coming to Dr. Norman for many years along with my wife and kids. We all have felt comfortable and confident in the work done there. The staff are also wonderful and friendly.

I had an unexpected dental emergency and this practice gave me an appointment within 30 minutes of the call. I was seen, treated and on my way within one hour. The process was explained to me and my comfort and concerns were addressed at every step.
This practice is by far the BEST in Richmond. They see you on time, all of the staff members are professional and friendly and the Dentists are amazing. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Obeck for over 20 years and he is the most caring Doctor that we have ever seen. I called for the first available appointment prepared to wait several days. Summer listened to my dental issue and she was able to give me an appointment for the same day. She was pleasant and I appreciated her kindness and willingness to work with me. I've been a patient for ~ 16 years and wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else. No matter what I'm having done, I've never had any pain. I recommend this practice to everyone that's in need of a dentist. Everyone is always friendly and professional and makes your care their priority. You are an individual here and not just a number. I highly suggest you give their practice a try. They are the best and I guarantee you too will never go anywhere else either.
There is no one better than Dr. Norman. He is professional, talented, efficient and very aware of the patients comfort. He is reassuring and makes you aware of each proceedure and what he is attempting to accomplish. His post procedure reviews are very through. His people skills are second to none.
