Dr. Norman has kept my teeth healthy for more than 20 years. I travel more than an hour to see him and told him I would be a client as long as I live in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

I grew up terrified of a dentist's office. I had soft teeth as a child and had many cavities which meant lots of fillings and needles. My sensitive teeth also hated the scraping of metal tools by the hygienist, and I would often sit holding onto the chair with white knuckles as the plaque was picked away. Dr. Obeck and staff are always friendly, professional and most important. Always On TIme. I rarely have had to wait for any of my appointments over the years. Kathy, my dental hygienist is wonderful and thorough and always so pleasant . The Starkes have recommended this practice to many over the years. Always do a nice job! Very friendly, patient-centered practice. I remember having Dr. Obeck call and check on me after a procedure my first year with them. Today my hygienist, Shannon, explained everything she was doing, the reason why, and proceded to do a thorough job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Obeck followed up and reiterated everything I had already been told. Good visit.
Thank you for a most pleasant experience. I was greeted by your friendly Receptionist by name. Within a few minutes Ann came and took me to her work station. She briefly reviewed my last visit and asked me if I was experiencing any problems. She proceeded to X-Ray and clean my teeth with out the slightest pain and the took time to compliment me on the care of my teeth and gums. I popped out a crown while flossing and called in the morning for a same day appt. I was taken back right away and the assistant prepped the tooth and crown for Dr. Norman to assess. He was able to cement the crown back on and I was good to go in less than 20 min. I was grateful to get an appointment and be taken care of so quickly and expertly.
We are new to the area and of course lots of changes happening. Going to a new dentist is a huge commitment, well for me it is. I was a little nervous if I was going to receive the same care and service I had been used to. Well I can tell you that I was truly impressed. I am so happy we have chosen to come here.
