It was my first appointment with Norman, Obeck and Foy and I am new to the city as well. Dr. Foy and his assistant were very helpful at assessing my personal needs and very informative about the health of my mouth and developing a plan of wellness going forward. It is not often that I leave a doctor's appointment feeling informed and they did a great job.
I have twins who are super energetic, who are now 6 years old, and started going to Dr. Foy's Office when they were 3. Dr. Foy and all of his staff have a natural talent for working with children. They understand children's development, and are so understanding and caring. My twins love going to the dentist because the staff are so compassionate and make the visit fun. On top of all that, Dr. Foy is an expert in the dental field in terms of knowledge and expertise.
Dr. O'Beck has been our family dentist for a very long time. I have recommended many of my friends to them. They have always taken the time to listen to my issues and genuinely care. They calm your fears, if you have any for sure. They really know how to make you feel comfortable!! You are treated with kindness by everyone in that office. They respect you and your time. I haven't been to the dentist in 2-3 years, mostly because I am a coward. Dr. Obeck and his staff were incredibly compassionate and explained what procedures need to be done. I wish I would have met them 10 years ago!
My family have been with Dr. Norman for many years and we just love him, he is the most comforting and caring person and I would not consider changing dentist at all.
The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Norman and Dawn were particularly helpful in getting me an appointment with an endontist (Dr. Martinez) the same day thus clearing the way to correct a very painful tooth that turned out needing a root canal, then a new crown. All was done in a timely manner so I can make a planned trip out of the country without having to worry. Thank you!
The office and exam room were very bright and comfortable. Hygenist very cordial and gave me gentle and full attention. Oral exam and cleaning were very efficient and dentist explained treatment and further work needed very thoroughly.
Great experience as always.
Both Dr Obeck & the assistant ttok time to nake sure I was comfortable...the entire procedure!
