I used to fear going to the dentist. Your practice has taken the fear away. I now enter your office relaxed and leave smiling feeling like I've made friends. You are professional and personal at the same time--nothing seems fake about it and you seem to truly care about your clients. It's refreshing to see a business be genuion in their approach to their clients and I never feel rushed.
I was very impressed with the staff's competence, patience, and friendliness. This takes the pain out of going to the dentist.
Everyone who works for Dr. O'beck provides superior customer service. From the ladies at the front desk, to the dental hygienist, the nurses and of course Dr. O'beck himself. Going to the dentist is truly a pleasurable experience!!!

The staff is always professional, courteous, accommodating, and attentive to detail. It is such a pleasure to visit a dentist and be treated with respect.
I had a wonderful experience at my recent appointment. Everyone was very friendly, as they always are, and my hygienist spent a lot of time cleaning my teeth. Dr. Obeck was very helpful in answering some questions I had.
