Having two crowns replaced by Dr Obeck. He and his assistant demonstrated professional team work and precision. Very impressed and pleased with the dental service provided. The temporary crowns are doing extremely well. Great fit and got use to them over a couple of days. Go back in a few weeks for th permanent crowns.
Been going to Dr. Norman since I've had teeth. I've been under the care of Obeck and Foy in the past as well, due to Dr. Norman being out of the office. All three dentists are genuinely nice and care about their patients. The dental hygienists are typically top notch. Quick, yet efficient.
Professional yet friendly, never a long wait. I can find out what my copay(if any) will be prior to a visit which I like to know ahead of time.
Many thanks for all the amazing coordination to fit my appointments in during my quick stay in Richmond. All my questions were answered and more.
As always, the entire patient experience, from the inital greeting and check in process , through the patient services with Kathy and Dr Foy (as usual , covering for his brother-in-law) to the post appointment scheduling of future appointments was superior. The some times possible apprehensive visit to a dental office is made pleasant and uneventful. Thanks very much.
