Always hated dental work as a child, but Dr. Norman has turned it all around. He's the best! Hygienists are so gentle. Is no longer panic attack. Yahoo!
Dr. Norman was right on time. He explained what he was doing to prep for my filling and made sure my mouth was completely numb so I would be comfortable. I loved that I got to borrow an iPod -- it was a much better experience without listening to the drill. My visit was very quick and even though Dr. Norman advised Advil for the next few days, I didn't really have any pain after the first day.
All the staff were wonderful. Thanks. Great job as always.
Dr Norman's staff is friendly and professional and very helpful. Dr Norman is the best dentist in Richmond. He states what the problem is and then discusses options that could be done to remedy the situation. He involves the patient in her/his care.
