What is a fact is that chef Cindy Pawlcyn, who has since been influential in the creation of many other Bay Area restaurants, started here and is still involved in kitchen operations at her flagship restaurant. The atmosphere at Mustards is upscale roadhouse with an airy dining room and walls that are almost entirely made of windows. The staff is lively and and efficient.

Omg!! Botegga is usually my Napa go to however it wasn’t great last time so we tried mustards. So glad we did! The specials omg the specials! They have five different ones every day. From soup to fish tostados to pasta to burgers to MEAT, specials that will knock your socks off. The freshness and originality is exceptional. Eric, our waiter, treated us like family and everyone around us seemed to really like their meals although none let us have a bite. We will surely be back, with friends!

My beautiful daughter and I just had dinner when I was visiting the valley. Never disappointed! Service is the best in the valley, food is finger licking good. Just feels like the old Napa Valley, but not dated by any means. Highly recommend this treasure. Cindy Pawlcyn is a Gem 💎. Thank you 😊
