Very dissatisfied with Mustang Title - AKA Bart C. James Attorney. As a seller on a large group of properties i can tell you, we the sellers were charged excessively by this firm to coincidentally soak up the entire amount or most of the earnest money $1000 and retain for himself. This was done to over 70 properties in one go. When you are selling a property and it doesn't go thru, the seller should not suffer the consequences of a buyer that cannot close, when the buy retained the attorney in first place.
