I pay $30 a month for this. Taking my own trash out. Don’t get home early enough to set out for pickup and since going on my third year they have gone up in the price for me taking my own trash out and I have been through so many managers I can’t keep count. Do not even know who the manager is. Sent a letter to corporate during COViD for help and never heard from them. Was gone for over 70 days and not one person missed me. RecommendedBeen living here 2 years. Office is friendly and maintenance acts fast. 100 for reserved parking sucks but other than that it’s been a good place to call home.

Just leased. Kelly was great at helping us get everything settled and into a great apartment.
I’ve lived here since May and I LOVE it here. The apartments are very nice and modern. The campus is beautifully landscaped and well-kept. There are activities for the residents so that neighbors can meet each other. I feel that it’s a lovely and safe place to live. The staff here is wonderful and make me feel like family. They are very attentive to your needs and maintenance is extremely responsive. All in all, it’s a wonderful place to live.
I love this Place , been here about 18 months so far and I think it is an nice cozy place to livi in.
Are you a recent college grad ready to start your new high paying job? Well Mustang Station would just like to tell you to go F*** yourself. They want anyone who is moving to Dallas to first start their new job then apply otherwise all applications are rejected. So they expect you to be homeless first. Also, this is supposed to be a luxury apartment. They charge a luxury price I expect luxury customer service. Mackenzie might just be the rudest person I ever had the displease of talking to.
I have lived at Mustang Station apartments since 2015 and all of the reasons I decided to move there remain and then more. The amenities are amazing from the resort style pool, grills, covered garage parking, valet trash, location in the metroplex, the Dart, the rose garden and park within walking distance, and 24 hour access to the gym.
