I lived here for three years and for the most part it was fine, until move-out. Maintenance was great and quick to respond to any issues and for the most part the leasing office personnel were friendly although I rarely interacted with them. HOWEVER, upon move-out I had a scheduled walk through where maintenance confirmed there were no concerns with my apt and I shouldn't be charged anything.
