The The manager or owner of the storage facility is very rude. On asking customers questions she was highly impatient, and derogatory when correcting a mistake a renter had made.
DO NOT rent a storage unit at this storage place. My parents have been with them for YEARS with no problem and the guy who owned it died and the lady who took over NEGLECTED to let my parents know their lock was missing for about a week and they ended up having THOUSANDS of dollars worth of stuff missing from their storage unit. Said their surveillance was "taken down" the day before they called us and continued to have the sign up that says they have surveillance up. Sounds pretty fishy to me 🤔🤔
