I am beyond passed. This dr and this company billed medicare for covid test I did not order nor do I want, I have never spoken with these people. I will be turning this into medicare for fraud . I don't even live in Texas. If anyone else got this on their medicare papers please turn it in. The test should be thrown away. Scam scam scam people
