Mustang Creek is truly an amazing place. The staff genuinely care for their residents and go above and beyond to create a warm, supportive environment. They host wonderful events and engaging activities that bring joy and connection to the community. I would confidently recommend Mustang Creek to anyone looking for a caring home for their loved one. A special shoutout to Lorine — she’s incredible! Her dedication and attention to every detail truly stand out, and it's clear she plays a key role in making things run smoothly!
I love the environment meals are home cooked and enjoyable. Ms. Young is one of my favorite employees her sweet spirit always makes me feel so welcomed.
I do not recommend this assisted living facility based on my experience. There are serious concerns regarding cleanliness and resident care. I’ve witnessed roaches and bed bugs, particularly in House B, and even saw roaches crawling on residents. The overall sanitation is extremely poor, with some residents left sitting in soiled clothing for extended periods of time. The staff at this retirement home are incredibly kind and attentive. The environment is clean, safe, and full of activities that keep residents engaged and happy. My loved one feels truly at home here, and I have peace of mind knowing they’re well cared for. Highly recommend!
