My father moved into MCE Assisted Living about a month ago and overall it has been a great experience from working with Bill, the sales rep who also has a servants heart and does whatever is needed. LC the maintenance guy is very attentive, Billie the Executive Director worked hard to help us with the transition, and I echo the praise of Janice who is extraordinary in caring for the residents in House E. I am deeply disappointed and heartbroken by the level of care (or lack thereof) provided at this memory care facility. From the very beginning, it was clear the staff was overwhelmed and the facility severely understaffed—at times, I witnessed only one caregiver responsible for as many as 15 residents. This is unacceptable, especially for individuals with memory impairments who need constant attention and support. What’s worse is the lack of basic hygiene and dignity offered to residents. We have had a wonderful experience. It’s definitely been an adjustment moving Dad to assisted living but everyone in building E has made this experience much easier.I wanted to let Janice and Passion know how much they are appreciated, I met Jacques this am when I picked up dad and another kudos to him, Im sure I am leaving some names out but their kindness is very much appreciated. It gives me such peace to know these sweet people are taking such good care of my dad.
Real review!! That’s not what happend 🫶🏽 but half ur employees smoke and drink on the clock lol , stop trying to clean up ur company to make ur company look good lol . I got pictures to prove everything I say so don’t mention me in ur review anymore people family don’t belong here
