Our office had some water damage from a burst pipe that had taken awhile to dry out. Mustang Carpet came in and did some treatments to get rid of the musty smell and cleaned our carpets and tile. They were even able to get out some rust stains that were the result of some of our office furniture sitting on the wet carpet. The office smells and looks amazing. We highly recommend their services.

***** came out to give me an estimate and was quite convincing. But when I asked him about any discounts or guarantee, he then refused to do the work. This is hardly a way to treat a potential customer.

Mustang Carpet and Tile Cleaning is better than the best. They would deserve 6 stars if that were possible. I presented them with a major challenge and they met it and more. After their work at my home they also sent me information about various products I can use on my carpet for future reference. Hire Mustang and you will NOT go wrong.

This company was tasked with deep cleaning our carpet for the leasing company. A lot was at stake as our security deposit and cleaning deposit could be potentially forfeited if this company did not clean the carpet well enough. I was fortunate to have Ramon and his assistants clean carpeting in a condo I was moving out of. I hope to get my security deposit back. Ramon and his company are A++! Very quick to schedule, respond, and inform. Also, he was in touch the entire day he cleaned our carpets and tile floors. Ramon sent pictures (since I was out of town) and showed me the process, before/after, and had suggestions for products to use going forward for the best maintenance. I highly recommend!
I scheduled an appointment for April 28th. I was clear that I would pay in cash and I would not be present. I explained the person I hired to clean the home would be present and I would provide an alternate phone number. I received the price and again confirmed I would pay in cash. I was in a meeting and received a call and text. I called back as requested and was advised that an additional $129 was required for an extra cleaning. She did indicate she was leaving payment with the person who would be home when we came to do the cleaning.
