More frequently than not, my relative sees very little of Dr. D when scheduled for a visit. It is usually his fine PA whom we see. That visit almost always includes a long wait. Also, no matter how good Dr. D may be, and we believe that he IS very capable, we can no longer trust that his office will either relay our messages to him, or vice versa. It's such a shame his office is not run proficiently because I liked him as a doctor but due to extremely long wait times, as well as, certain procedures and follow ups being forgotten to be scheduled or followed up on by his staff, I would suggest finding another provider. Unless you like waiting upwards of 90 minutes to be put into a room and wait another 20 minutes for a 2 minute consult, only to have to call them back to remind them that they forgot about you. every appointment i've been to was at least a 45 minute wait one instance was 90 minutes! Then another 15 minutes once in the room. i like Dr.D but his help has been very unprofessional in the past and continually drops the ball with appointments and relaying test results but doesn't seem to have a problem with billing on time! This is all fantastic for my blood pressure! Maybe he should have prescribed me a higher dose for all the money and aggravation he cost me! Finding a new Cardiologist and never returning!
Dr DOHADWALA is good. Just a pain to wait 90 minutes or even 2+ hours just for a 5 minute talk with him while I ask others how long they wait for their cardiologist and they say 15-20 minutes. This happens every-time I have an appointment. But he’s very good and thorough.
He’s very welcoming he just needs to better train his secretaries to be as welcoming and understanding as he is.
I came to Dr Dohadwala 3 years ago and never left. Dr D stays current on advancements in the cardiac field. He makes you feel comfortable enough to discuss any aspects of your health care plan. Dr D is never dismissive of your health complaints, concerns and worries. He takes the time to explain your diagnosis, medications and testing. Dr Dohadwala is reliable in times of crisis. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The office is easily accessible with ample parking.

Do not go here! For a 2 1/2 hour procedure, I was there for 5 hours. Lost my paperwork so I couldn’t make a follow up (had to call). Receptionist doesn’t even acknowledge you when you wait at the check in window. Dr. Dohadwala may be a good doctor but I couldn’t tell you because he only spent 2 minutes with me. Dr. D is extremely thorough, thoughtful and caring. He seems to take special interest in diet and exercise counseling to improve heart health. The office Staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly.
