I recently had a scope with Doctor Alnounou. While the procedure itself went well and I was treated with great care before by the nurse prepping me for my procedure, the doctor only spoke to me for 30 seconds afterwards to let me know what he 'thinks' is going on with me. I was promised by both him and the nurse afterwards that he would call me in 7-10 days with actual results and to discuss them with me. I was treated with nothing less than kindness and respect from the moment I arrived until I left, from check in desk to nurses, anesthesiologist, assistents to Dr. Alnounou and Dr. Alnounou himself. Unlike some of the negative comments about Dr. Alnounou, I saw a kind, respectful professional that answered all of my questions. Mustafa Alnounou was not only unprofessional but he also did not believe me. he just looked at me like why are you here, and got scheduled me for a procedure without explaining the risks of it or why I need it. everyone who works there is a joke and rude. its place is a joke and needs to be shutdown for good

I WILL BE FILING FORMAL COMPLAINTS I recently visited this office, expecting a high level of care since the doctor had been voted “Best in Michigan.” Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.
