Excellent customer service, and for standing behind their policies to ensure customer satisfaction. I had an issue with a previous cleaning (4 months ago). l let the company know about it. Within 24 hours, a technician (Rex) was at my house, taking care of my issue, at NO charge. I WILL call Musser’s for future cleanings. These days, it’s not often that you find companies standing behind their products 100%. Thank you Musser’s!!!

Showed up on time, the machine they used was "the real deal" and Joe, my technician, was very professional and just a joy to have in our home.
We were nervous about having our wool carpet cleaned as the previous homeowners had never had it done and warned us against it. After 15 years of their foot traffic, we decided that cleaning our carpet was a must. We looked at several different companies, but, after talking to the folks at Musser's, we knew we had found knowledgeable professionals. The carpets looked fresh and have stayed clean. We look forward to using their service in the future.
