Excellent job – Keep doing your excellent jobs! The Musselman's service crew are skilled, helpful and patient when listening to poor descriptions of what might be wrong. I always feel my vehicle is well taken care of. I have purchased 2 new cars from Musselman's because of their Service Dept.

Worst Customer Service (Service Dept) – My husband bought a brand new truck from Musselman's Dodge New Years Eve 2009. On 10/30/10 the drive shaft fell out of the truck. Should this happen? NO, however I can understand parts can be defective. His vehicle gets towed to the service department and we meet with JD. He accepts the truck and says they will take a look at it and get it back as soon as they can. When we asked about a loaner vehicle, he asked if we had an extended service contract.
