This is not the company it once was, inappropriate behavior between retail manager and counter help. HR refuses to do anything about it. No wonder why they have went through so many location managers. Foul language, employees to busy playing on their cell phones to pay attention to customers. Complete lack of knowledge in the building industry. AB Martin is a much better option with better pricing any day of the week. Real shame for a staple of Ephrata, driving business away. This is a very nice lumber yard. The employees were very helpful inside the store and in the yard.
