What could've ended as a bad experience, ended as a pleasant one. We went here with a large party last night. It seemed like a fluke night. Every time someone would order something, it would turn out that they were out of it. When we finally did get our food, one person's steak was cold and had to be sent back. Instead of leaving us all grumbling, the manager came out and apologized sincerely and treated us all to a huge platter of desserts. And took care of the cold steak bill.
