The entire experience was personal and professional from the initial discussions through to the sale and ordering process. The delivery experience was excellent. The unit was well crated and protected. We watched the start up video, unboxed the blower connected it to our machine and everything worked seamlessly. Highly recommend Muskox and looking forward to its use next winter
It's important to manage expectations with the MUSKOX. If you think of it as a plow that can also blow snow you'll be less disappointed. I have found it always leaves big piles in both the push and pull direction. I actually was convinced my impeller was spinning in the wrong direction until I took a video of it in action. Customer service is amazing and I can't say enough about that aspect of the company, but overall I am disappointed with its performance for such an expensive piece of equipment.
The The muskox works as advertised. Reid did a nice job on sale side and Noah did well answer our operation questions and helped with shipping
Muskox blower works excellent on my standard flow Cat 265. Visibility is very good, and the configuration with the pull back bi-directional blowing makes clean-up easier.
Fantastic product Very happy from the sales process , shipping and adding the MUSKOX to our list of tools.
