Worst Service EVER! Lori the the office manager hag has the worst customer sewrvice skills known to man
Tried to make an appt. to pull a cracked tooth and get a crown after seeing Dr. Richter. He told me to call on Monday as I was leaving on a cruise the next Saturday. The receptionist told me there were no appts available, even for an emergency. I am now in Hungary with extreme pain. Called again to try and schedule appt as soon as I get back.
