Managment is horrible, except for QA director. The top 2 upper management micro manage and grandstand. They trap employees and belittle them. They have had an exodus of great long-standing employees leave because of management. They care more about money than the patients they transport.

I want to thank Muskogee County EMS unit 4 , Robert and Jessica. Being a 3rd rider ( 7am-7pm ) was such an amazing experience!! Robert and Jessica were absolutely nice and they showed me how things worked inside the ambulance. All the questions I asked, they answered greatly! The other works were nice as well ! I also want to thank Ashley. P for helping me out on getting ready for my ride along. Looking forward into riding along again soon ! 😁 Thank you Muskogee County EMS.
Wendell came out to our Fall Festival last week. He was very professional and the kids enjoyed going through the ambulance. Thank you so much for coming out!
What the employee did to my niece this morning was an absolute shock! To hear she threatened to put her back in the ambulance and let her sit there cause it wasn’t going her way is borderline criminal! I hope someone with this facility will take charge and take care of this lady on unit 20 that was so rude, disrespectful, and out of line!
Disrespectful employee
The lady on unit 20 needs to be taught what compassion means. And that you are never EVER to be confrontational with a family member. I wasn’t aware that ambulance drivers could refuse to take a patient into an ER until their family members where in the waiting room away from them. Especially when the patient is screaming in pain and asking for said family member. This whole experience has left me completely frustrated with Muskogee county EMS.
