Not professional They do a very nice job cutting hair, but they're so preoccupied with other things while they're supposed to be cutting your hair and I find this extremely rude. There was no wait when I got there with my 2 children and 3 women working. The one heavy set lady kept stopping in the middle of cutting my sons hair to help the other lady look up Barry Manilow on a laptop computer, pet dogs that someone brought in and chit chat endlessly (apparently she doesn't multi task well). My husband goes here, things he dislikes is all the chatting between the hairdressers/barbers. Soap opera chat....and watching TV- not keeping their full attention/service on the customer when in the chair-to much stopping, hand gestures,...while cutting hair. Other than that, he's usually pleased with his cut-when it's done.
