Not professional They do a very nice job cutting hair, but they're so preoccupied with other things while they're supposed to be cutting your hair and I find this extremely rude. There was no wait when I got there with my 2 children and 3 women working. The one heavy set lady kept stopping in the middle of cutting my sons hair to help the other lady look up Barry Manilow on a laptop computer, pet dogs that someone brought in and chit chat endlessly (apparently she doesn't multi task well).
