The ladies that answer the phone need to be fired! This place is garbage!
I had an appointment with a local orthopedic hand surgeon, not associated with Muskegon Surgical Associates in anyway. The person at the other place was very rude, and hung the phone up on me without so much as a have a nice day. I chose to seek out a surgeon on my own, for what would be my third opinion for an ongoing issue after I sprained my wrist in the early Fall of 2024.
