The worst property management EVER! Renters beware. If they can charge you for anything they will doesn't even have to be a real thing. Maintenance is on drugs very uncomfortable in our home!
Horrible Tennant care if you need maintenance you have to call multiple times then they send somebody out that looks like they have been on a drug binge for the past 2 weeks. When they leave you realize it's worse then when they showed up. They do a great job changing their name every couple months though and their employees are required to outnumber actual people to keep their rating up. MORE FEES THEN YOU CAN MAKE SENSE OF!!!
I've had good experiences with the workers at ALT. Friendly faces and ambitious to help any way they can. The leasing agent was especially helpful. I highly recomend ALT.
ALT has done a great job of finding and keeping quality renters in our property, very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone that has to move but can not sell their current home due to the economy. The staff has been great to work with and they do their best to make sure you needs are met, the only delay in time is to make sure they have a quality answer before following up.
