As a small business owner I put my customers first and need a credit union that will value me as a customer & appreciate my business. To pull in to the drive through at 4:59 wait for the car in front of me get to the window and told they are closed and wouldn't even talk to me. So I couldn't make a withdrawal so I could finish a job. I will be closing my account tomorrow and will find a credit union that will value me and service me

This bank has recently become awful. My husband and I had a credit card through them for a few months. They failed to bill us multiple times and charged late fees for their error. Then, learning our lesson, we paid two months in advance. They accepted the payment. The next month came around, they didn't bill, but still charged a fee for the month we already paid. They didn't see any problem in what they were doing and insisted it was our fault. We happily shut down all accounts and bank elseware now.
Have banked here for years!!!!!! Always helpful!!!!!!
Paid for GAP insurance twice, and when I totalled my car they never gave me a dime. I have called and called and heard nothing back.
